Meeting Members of Hierbabuena

A Meaningful Exchange of Mental Health Experiences

Apr 26, 2025

Two weeks ago, on 26th April 2025, our friends in Asturias had another first-hand encounter within the context of the project, this time with a mental health association @asociacionhierbabuena.

That day, they had the opportunity to listen to some of their stories and also to think and reflect about different mental health issues or situations. They got to know each other and to share their projects with one another, realising how important having a community is for everyone.

In the last part of this meeting, they organised a little vocal improvisation, so the people from the association could have a chance to experience the musical talents of the choir! It was a really nice afternoon that finished off with a little snack, listening to music and talking about the project or about the meeting itself!.

Thanks to all of the participants from @vocesblancasdelnalon and @asociacionhierbabuena for making it possible. We will sure see each other again!
